The first Graves' concept is the one underneath with his followers. While it took a new approach to the nab mechanic, it lacked the character's identity/fantasy.

This is what the concept above tries to fix. Instead of focusing on Graves being a disastrous serial dater that looses every bounty he gets, a secondary part of his identity, I focus on his most iconic feature: his weapon.
